    Our products are carefully packaged, but minor wear on packaging can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos and we will make it right.
  • Why hasn't my order shipped? +
    Pre-order and Kickstarter items ship on their stated fulfillment dates. In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. If your order is outside this window, please reach out and we will investigate.

    Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your full card details.
  • Who do you use for shipping? +
